For over 75 years, Domenic’s and Vinnie’s has been about one thing: great pizza, made the right way. Our roots trace back to Castelpaganica, Italy, and to Waterbury, Connecticut, where our first restaurant opened in 1949. Since then, our family has built a reputation on hand-made, made-to-order pizza, fresh daily doughs and sauces, and house-made meats and more — no shortcuts, ever.

Today, the next generation brings that same passion to South Florida. Pizza remains at the heart of what we do, joined by a thoughtfully expanded Italian menu inspired by our family’s traditions. It’s the same commitment, the same pride—just a new chapter.
